Medical Director
Dr. Cory Russel, DO
Dr. Cory Russell has had a distinguished and varied career. After earning his degree in biochemistry and sports medicine from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1989, and his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993, he dedicated sixteen years as an attending physician at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas. He is passionate about preventive care and helping patients achieve optimal health.
Upon retirement from his role in Las Vegas, Dr. Russell continued his service in a different capacity, joining the Navy as a doctor with Fleet Surgical Team I. His service included two deployments to the Persian Gulf and the Middle East, showcasing his commitment to his profession and country.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Russell has been married for twenty-six years and is a father to three daughters. His interests include hunting, fishing, and running, balancing his professional dedication and personal passions.
Chenelle McCaskill
Founder, PA-C, MS
As a native of Douglas County, and a healthcare practitioner for the past 20 years, I have witnessed the powerful relationship that exists between lifestyle choices and the level of a person’s health and vitality. In addition, I have noticed people becoming increasingly frustrated with our current medical model’s failure to improve chronic disease and the constant, insurmountable hassle of dealing with health insurance companies and corporate healthcare.
To compound this, the global pandemic has caused people to become more fearful about their health than ever. These experiences have many looking for alternative healthcare models and taking agency with their wellness. Witnessing so many people getting caught up in the “pill for every ill” paradigm, I began searching for a more effective approach.
My insatiable passion for exercise, nutrition, vitality & longevity, has inspired me to obtain advanced training in Functional Medicine, Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV Nutrient Therapy, Peptide Therapy, and Aesthetics.
Combining these unique and transformative therapies, all of which emphasize re-establishing our body’s homeostasis at the cellular level, with individualized, lifestyle optimization, we can place the wellness destiny into the power of the individual, allowing the opportunity to pause or reverse chronic disease, age gracefully, and simply FEEL REVIVED!

Haley McCaskill- Keady
Co-Founder, COO, CWC & Nutritionist
Haley’s experience in the medical field began as a medical receptionist followed by a medical assistant. As an avid fitness and nutrition enthusiast, Haley’s passion for helping people optimize their wellness so they can lead their best lives, inspired her to obtain additional certification as a Certified Wellness Coach and Certified Nutritionist.
The high demand for wellness coaching services as well as Haley’s niche educational certifications, make her a perfect fit for implementing REVIVE’s Wellness Coaching strategy.
Haley’s role at REVIVE Infusions and Wellness does not stop there. She has been integral to the creation and development REVIVE. She has ultimately become a jack of all trades in handling many business and administrative tasks, researching and purchasing products, equipment, and furniture, coordinating construction, and managing marketing.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, three cats, and one gigantic puppy. She enjoys reading, strength training, running, and hiking Oregon’s beautiful trails.
Summar Clemo
Clinical Manager
A Douglas County resident for 15 years, Summar’s career in the medical field began 8 years ago as medical receptionist. She has since paved her way to the clinical side of medicine, first as a medical assistant, followed by completing her Paramedic Certification.
Summar became intimately aware of the effects of nutrition on one’s health through her own personal struggles with gastrointestinal issues. After many years, she finally discovered she had a sensitivity to gluten, as well as allergies to wheat and barley. By simply identifying and removing these triggers, she experienced a significant improvement in the quality of life.
Summar is a dedicated wife and mother of one. Her greatest pride is having an inspiring career which allows her to maintain a balanced and healthy family life. She and her husband Trevor are enjoying renovating their new home, including building a large garden which will provide a healthy environment for their son to grow up in. She is an avid bookworm and enjoys hiking, baking, and gardening.
Summar’s character, broad medical knowledge base, outstanding work ethic, and her passion for spreading the message of wellness to our community aligns her perfectly with the mission of REVIVE Infusions and Wellness.
Michaela Cross
Medical Assistant
A Douglas County native, Michaela's career in the medical field began 9 years ago as a medical receptionist. She quickly moved on to the clinical side
and obtained her CCMA.
Michaela's compassion and empathy grew as she struggled with her health for many years. After searching for answers to her symptoms for many years, she was finally diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Through that journey she came to understand the impact of lifestyle and nutrition on overall health, happiness, and quality of life.
Michaela loves the outdoors including, hiking, camping, and being on the river. She also enjoys reading, spending time with her cats, and fostering kittens.
Michaela's strong work ethic, moral compass, and commitment to helping others improve their quality of life make her a perfect fit on our team at REVIVE Infusions & Wellness.
Katherine Thorp
LPN
Katherine's caring and friendly personality make health care a natural fit for her. She is a seasoned nurse with eight years of serving Douglas County's needs in the acute care setting. Katherine's passion for helping others inspired her to become NIH Certified and position herself on the neurology floor at River Bend Hospital.
A resident of Douglas County, for 19 years, Katherine has two children, loves her family, and enjoys spending time and traveling with them. Katherine is a self-described social butterfly who believes it is important tojn
know her patients and what they want to build long-lasting relationships. Making people feel beautiful and empowering them to become the best version of themselves is important to her. She obtained her certification for botulinum and filler through the American Academy fo Facial Aesthetics. The combination of Katherine's experience in acute care, her friendly personality, and her passion for aesthetics and wellness makes her a perfect fit for our team at REVIVE.
