REVIVE Infusions & Wellness Refund & Cancellation Policy
At REVIVE Infusions & Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following policies apply to our consultations, packages, memberships, and appointments.
1. Consultations
- All consultations require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.
- The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be applied to a future visit.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Package Services (Peptides, IVs, Coaching, Fitness Programs)
- All package sales are final once services have begun.
- Due to the individualized nature of compounded peptides, IV nutrient therapies (including NAD+, glutathione, and vitamins), and other custom-prepared medications, no refunds or credits will be provided for intolerance, side effects, or lack of expected response.
- We encourage all clients to discuss potential side effects during their consultation and notify us promptly of any reactions.
- Unused sessions or non-medication-based services may be transferred or converted into clinic credit upon written request and review.
Monthly Memberships or Subscriptions
- Cancellation Policy
- Wellness Coaching: 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
- Peptide Subscriptions: May be canceled anytime with 30 days written notice.
- Online 1:1 Coaching Programs: Non-refundable and cancellation terms will be outlined in the program agreement.
- Payments & Refunds
- Charges already processed are non-refundable.
- For prescription-based services, cancellation does not relieve you of payment for any medication that has already been dispensed, prepared, or ordered from the pharmacy.
- Failed or late payments may result in a paused membership and a $25 reactivation fee for REVIVE services.
Client Facing Membership & Subscription Policy — What You Need to Know
- Wellness Coaching: You commit to at least 3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
- Peptide Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
- Online 1:1 Coaching Programs: These are non-refundable.
- Payments:
- Payments already processed cannot be refunded.
- If medication has already been prepared or ordered for you, you’re responsible for that payment, even if you cancel.
- Missed or late payments may pause your membership and a $25 fee will apply to reactivate it.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- IVs, injections, and in-person sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will incur a $50 fee or the session may be forfeited if part of a package.

Refund & Return Policy For Prescription Peptides and Injectables
All sales are final.
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription peptides, injectables, or any temperature-sensitive medication once it has shipped.
These products are:
- Custom compounded for you and cannot be resold.
- Temperature sensitive and must remain refrigerated from the moment they are dispensed.
- Regulated to maintain sterility and safety — which cannot be verified after leaving our facility.
We will replace your order only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order arrives damaged, defective, or compromised due to shipping error.
Tampered Products:
If your medication arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or you believe it is unsafe to use:
- Do not use the product.
- Contact us immediately at info@reviveinfusewell.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will provide safe disposal instructions and, if eligible, arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- All prescription medications (including peptides, injectables, nasal sprays, creams, troches, etc)
- Supplements and edible products
- Personalized nutrition, or weight loss or exercise plans.
