Adolescent & Young Adult Care · Roseburg, OR

Healthy foundations begin early.

Growing up today presents unique health challenges — digestive concerns, fatigue, hormonal changes, anxiety, attention difficulties, and inflammatory symptoms can affect how young people feel, function, learn, and recover. At REVIVE, we partner with families to understand the complete picture and create personalized, evidence-informed care plans that support healthy development and long-term wellness.

Why It Matters

Why early intervention matters.

Many health concerns develop gradually over time rather than appearing suddenly in adulthood. Addressing nutrition, digestive health, sleep, hormonal balance, stress, metabolic function, and environmental and lifestyle factors during adolescence may support healthier development, give young people a better sense of control over their symptoms, and help establish habits that promote long-term well-being. Our goal isn't only to help young people feel better today — it's to help them build healthier foundations for tomorrow.

What ages do you see?

The adolescent / young adult program is designed for patients ages 10–18. Young adults may be considered based on their health concerns and the most appropriate REVIVE care pathway.

Does this replace my child's pediatrician?

No. REVIVE provides specialized functional medicine support and works alongside your child's primary care provider and specialists.

Does every patient need extensive laboratory testing?

No. Additional testing is recommended only when clinically appropriate. Membership plans don't include the cost of lab work-up or supplements, which vary by health goals and means.

Are medications ever included?

Medications may be considered when clinically appropriate. Recommendations are individualized and may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, supplementation, additional testing, and collaboration with other professionals.

Is telehealth available?
