Chenelle McCaskill has spent more than 20 years working inside healthcare. As a native of Douglas County, she didn't come to Roseburg to open a clinic — she grew up here. She watched this community navigate the healthcare system, and she watched many people continue to struggle despite receiving care.
The failures weren't always dramatic. They were often quiet. People managing the same chronic conditions for years without truly getting better. Patients cycling through medications that addressed symptoms without ever identifying the underlying cause. A system increasingly shaped by time constraints, insurance limitations, and a "pill for every ill" approach that often left deeper questions unanswered.
That frustration built over two decades of practice and ultimately became the foundation for REVIVE.
Driven by a passion for helping people live healthier, longer, and more vibrant lives, Chenelle pursued advanced training in Functional Medicine, Hormone Optimization, Longevity Medicine, and innovative therapies that help patients restore health, improve performance, and age well. She became convinced that lasting health requires more than symptom management alone.
Today, REVIVE is built around a simple philosophy: identify what's missing, replace depleted raw materials, and restore physiology at the cellular level. That's why REVIVE extends its reach through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services across Oregon, Washington, and Florida, delivering the same personalized, clinician-led care to clients who can't walk through the Roseburg clinic door.
